In order to participate in certain Products, you are required to agree to additional terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box at checkout. You will be unable to complete your purchase unless you agree to our Terms.
All online courses are provided by Enjoy TEFL Ltd, 23 Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 5RD (Registered company 9380076)

This website is owned and operated by Enjoy TEFL Ltd under the brand name Mindabout. All further references will be made to Mindabout (Enjoy TEFL Ltd). All intellectual property rights, including copyright of all content and communication belongs to Mindabout. By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of Mindabout cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from Mindabout.
Terms of Use of this Website:
Mindabout may change the content, which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content on the website. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website, we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies to the fullest extent that the law permits.
You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for which Mindabout will not be liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.
All materials, which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance belong to Mindabout.
Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offense being committed.

All of the online courses in the website are provided by Mindabout and are subject to the following conditions:
1.Course Requirements:
1.1 By starting the Mindabout course you (the student) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.
1.2 All of the courses provided by Mindabout are taught in English.
1.3 All customers of Mindabout must be at least 16 years old at the time of booking.
1.4 The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by Mindabout.
Membership and Subscription:
To become a member of Mindabout you must download our application and then register your name, email address and create a password. A member must take full responsibility for managing their password.
By becoming a member, you will have full access to the APP for a period of 12 months.
Paid Subscription for 12 months
By paying for a membership, you are agreeing that Mindabout can store your Credit Card details for a period 12 months and agree that any subsequent membership payment will be taken automatically unless cancelled in writing. You must cancel your Yearly membership subscription before the renewal date to avoid further payment.
Lifetime Membership
Lifetime membership is defined as continued access to the Mindabout APP following payment.
Discount Codes and Gift Codes
Discount codes and gift codes can be applied at checkout.
Changes in Credit Card Details
If your credit card has expired, then it us your responsibility to update your card details to enable you to continue service.
Cancellation of Membership:
You may cancel at any time by contacting support@mindabout.com
2. How to make a booking:
2.1 Bookings can be made online on our website www.mindabout.com. The person making the booking must be at least 16 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. Mindabout states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. Mindabout will only deal with you in the event of cancellations or disputes.
2.2 You must make full payment at the time of booking. Mindabout does not accept deposit or partial payments or instalment payments. All payments not made with a debit card will be subject to a fee. Once your booking has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and Mindabout and all terms and conditions apply. Once you have received this invoice please go ahead and check it and inform us of any changes to personal details and contact information.
2.3 Once Mindabout has received your payment for the course Enjoy TEFL will email you a login username and password within 24 hours to allow you to access the course.
3. Price of Courses:
3.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, Mindabout reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book.
3.2 Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation within 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email, then please contact us at support@mindabout.com.
3.3 Mindabout reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.
4. Procedure for changing or cancelling a booking:
4.1 Cooling off Period:
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 you the consumer have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and Mindabout during the period of 14 days from date of the issue of the confirmation invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the “cooling off periodâ€. If you decide to cancel the course within this cooling off period, then you must inform us within the 14 days of the confirmation invoice. Once we receive your written cancellation, in form of an email we will refund your course fees within 30 days.
4.2 Once you have completed the cooling off period of 14 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non-refundable.
4.3 If you login to the Course you will be deemed to have started the course and will no longer be able to get a full refund, even if it within the 14-day period.
4.4 You must inform us of your intent to cancel by writing to info@mindabout.com in the form of an email.
4.5 Once we have received your written cancellation letter, we will refund you within 30 days of receiving your letter and deduct any credit card surcharge, if applicable.
4.6 Once you have cancelled you booking your login details will be cancelled immediately.
4.7 All students have 365 days for the online courses. This starts when a student enrols by entering their username and password.
4.8 Mindabout APP subscription is for 12 months
5.Complaints
5.1 If at any time you are unhappy with the Mindabout service then please contact us immediately at support@mindabout.com and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.
6. Accuracy of Marketing Materials
6.1 Mindabout makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will endeavour to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.
7. The Law and its Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.
8. Third Party Rights:
A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Mindabout reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
10. Severance:
If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.
11. The Course:
11.1 The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
11.2 Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
11.3 By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of Mindabout.

We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. Mindabout does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.

Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable setting on your personal computer.

14.2 Any queries will be dealt with within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note that the Mindabout Mindfulness APP are not medical courses or do they contain medical information. On the website and the course, we acknowledge there is research to support the benefits but this is in no way guaranteed. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, then we advise you to consult a medical doctor before you begin the course.

20. End User
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree that you as a user will not assist any third parties to download and use material for the purposes of creating a derivative product.
Privacy Policy and Personal Data
Under the definition of the Data Protection Act Enjoy TEFL is defined as a Data Controller. This means that we use and store the personal information you give to use, at time of booking, to process your order. If you cannot allow us to use your personal information, then we will not be able to process your booking. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you allow Enjoy TEFL to store, use and collect data in regard to you.
We collect information in regard to the following:

- Your address, preferences and interests
- Information if you take part in a customer survey.
What do we do with it?
- We use the information from surveys to improve our products
